Wow, with Earth Day on Sunday, we got some amazing Earth Day ideas as well as many other ideas last week! If you haven't checked them out you really should. Also have you seen Happy Family Times yet? Kelly at Happy Whimsical Hearts and I have started a new type of link party on Tuesdays to inspire more quality family times for all of us. Go check it out. It is open Monday evening-Saturday morning (EST). There are always so many great ideas especially for getting your family outside.
Now on to the task at hand, sharing with you a few of my favorites from last week. I had a hard time narrowing it down, but here is what I came up with. You may see some more in the future since I definitely want to try some of the other ones too.
My Features:
From Healthy Mama Info: My Place In The World (LOVE this idea and will definitely do it with Hazel!! A bit of a geography lesson/craft)
From Multiple Mummy: Nature Peg Dolls (Again I love this one and we will be doing this as well!)
From Let Kids Create: Worm Farm (Ok, this may because my mother keeps worms for their compost, but I loved the idea for kids to be able to see what they do in the dirt.)
From Keitha's Chaos: Homemade Geo Boards (Ok, I know it is the math teacher in me, but I love that they made their own then used them for geometry!! What a great idea!! Talk about using/learning different things in one lesson.)
Please go check out my co-host, Mama Mia's Heart2Heart for her favorites and the most clicked this week!!

Now for
This Week's Party
A Few
Simple Guidelines:
1)
Please follow Crafty Moms Share via GFC (or one of the other ways that work for
you).
2) Link any kid-friendly, child-centered post. Please no etsy shops or giveaways, etc. Remember to link to your actual post.
All right everyone...This is a PARTY!! Have Fun!!
Thanks for featuring the geoboards! The kids had fun measuring, hammering, and creating geometric shapes on their boards. My son even used rubber bands later in the week on his geoboard to make the shape of a fish. The fish went with one of his bedtime story/bento lunches. The boards are fun. We also play a mirroring game with them - I make a shape then he copies it and vise versa. Thanks for hosting this great linky party each week!
