1) From Keitha's Chaos: Umlauf Sculpture Garden (She used this book and lunch as a starting point and then went to a sculpture garden to explore art!)

2) From Edu Art 4 Kids: Drawing Ideas for Kids (Some neat art techniques to explore and have children make abstract drawings.)

3) From The Good Long Road: Sensory Play & Experiential Art with Nature (Using lavender as the brush and spices as the paint and other great ideas.)

These next ones we could call my favorites, but really they all struck a chord with me about something I am doing or am planning on doing this month.

1) From Adventures with Jude: Gluten Free Speculaas (I'm going gluten free or at least gluten reduced.)

2) From Caminem Plegats: Addition Box (I'm going to share some mathematical ideas/books this month for going back to school.)

3) From Domestic Bliss Squared: Gluten Free Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins (Gluten free again)

4) From Green Owl Art: DIY Music Instruments (I just got a book on making instruments from the library.)

5) From Gift of Curiosity: Watermelon-themed Alphabet Games (In honor of National Watermelon Day August 3rd!! Yes we plan to do some watermelon themed post this upcoming week as well.)

Thank you to everyone who shared last week!! I hope you will join us and share again!! If you are featured here , please feel free to grab a featured button to display proudly on your blog.

From Your Hostess:

This week we shared a post about race and responsibility, a Cinderella tale from North Carolina that had many similarities to other Cinderella tales from all over the world, the connection between dust, color and sunsets with a book and painting, sand art--one of our things to do on a at home sick day, our August Happenings here at Crafty Moms Share, and the connection between flamingos and carrots on Flamingo Friday.
